I'm using the SLA Computation module for iTop. It's a very good extension, but I'm facing a problem. I'm using one coverage window (8:00-18:00), but I need a break on the deadline computation during the interval 12pm-14pm. My first choice was to create two coverage windows (8:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00), but I can only associate one coverage window for each service. Is there any other way to achieve this pause on the deadline computation?
(Sorry for the very bad english hahaha)

The current version of the extension does not support a "lunch break" in the middle of the day. An enhanced version of the extension is planned February next year.
