Hi Guys,

I have set a notification for a ticket that will reach 25, 50 and 75 threshold.
But it seems it is not working.

But for my notification for TTO its is working fine, I have set a threshhold for TTO for 50 and it is working as expected.

Any idea or inputs that I could to to fix this issue?

I am trying to create notifications and do not display the TTR or TTO options in the Stop Watch menu.

Any idea for that fix this issue?
