I wonder is there any way to: When you create ticket from e-mail, and put in CC any other e-mail address...After then, when anyone add comment to that ticket, is there way to automatically add to CC person who was in CC previously?

Maybe you can alter the extension of ticket creation by mail to add any CC address into the Contact section of a ticket. Then you should be able to notify them easily

Thanks for reply. But what if this CC adress is changing all the time?
No problem, because the contacts will be got dynamically from the ticket information with an OQL request
