I am searching for a function that does inform the operator (who creates the incidents), that this incident may be caused because of another incident that was created one hour ago. Something like this is done with CIs, but there are potential impacted CIs the-way-up-the-tree shown. I would need the incident tree down.
Does anyone understund what I am babbling?
