I'm using itop 1.2 version and there is very large data in current database. When doing search for incident, it will take such a long time to output the result and when i try to echo the query, it show that the sql query is joined about 24 tables and some of them are not necessary to be joined. Is there any ways for me to customize the sql query for search incident only? I really need help on this.
