When it got installed however, we noticed that some other plugins as well as custom tables got deleted by the setup wizard.
We've reverted back through a backup, but we still want users to be able to make tickets through the use of email, as that'll ease up the process for the users greatly. Does anyone have an idea of how to implement this email plugin (alternatively something else that acomplishes the same), without clearing out other things, primarly settings and custom tables?
Any help would greatly be appreciated!
