Hi,

I want to integrate "Tickets from email" extension on Itop 2.3.4, but i got this error: Failed to initialize the mailbox: nelizabelar@farmashop.com.uy. Reason: Cannot login using nelizabelar@farmashop.com.uy with pwd:**

The password and login is ok in my mail server, and accept only SSL certificate on port 995. Could anyone help me? Tks
