i found an older post here in the forum that syncing the manager attribute of an LDAP entry won't work.
Is this still the case?
Or is there a requirement what the <manager_id></manager_id> field in the params.local.xml expect? Should this be the ID of an existing user from iTop or should this be an email address? How should it look like in the configuration?
I've tested it with an email address from AD and an iTop ID on a free extensionAttribute field but nothing is working. And in the documentation nothing is mentioned :( but it is existing in the json file of the connector.
