I am using iTop 2
I would like to create dependancies between functionalCI.
For example, there is 3 functionalCIs: a front web application depends on a backend web application and a database.
The only way for doing that is to have each of the previous functionalCI as to have there own Solution Application.
I don't think this way of doing thing is right.
I could modify functionnalCI class but next time there's an upgrade of itop, my modifications will vanish.
Thanks for your answer

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I think what you are trying to do is builing dependencies. This is one thing I am also searching for and a huge missing point, although there is a button which is labeld "depends on". But when I click on that button - an empty map appears.

Just follow the CMDB module dependencies and impacts and you will find how to design the CMDB so everything will be clear and the maps would be drawn.
