Is it possible to have the ticket pending reason on the portal

    Check out the readme.txt file in the ./portal folder of your iTop installation. It lists "Constants depending on the class of ticket" that allow you define which fields are displayed in lists.
    The constants are defined in the in the module of the corresponding class. You can "redefine" these constants in your own modules.
