I'm writing to you because I'm looking for a way to display only the application solutions related to an incident/change instead of all the CIs in the email notification body.
I can't find a way to do it, and I don't know if it's really possible.
Could you suggest a solution?

In the email notification body, there is no way to defined a placeholder containing a filtering list of the FunctionalCIs linked to the Ticket, so as requested here, just the ApplicationSolution.
The only workaround I can think of, which is not so easy to do, is to create a new n:n relation between Ticket and ApplicationSolution, and add the Application Solutions to the Ticket within that new relationship, either by training your users, or by some kind of automatic method which would mirror the them from the FunctionalCIs list which would be the only visible tab

I haven't mastered customization on iTop at all, I'm still figuring out how to document my Kubernetes cluster, so I'm not going to mess with it and I'll dispense with ApplicationSolution in the mails!
