    Is it possible to approve an incident based on the caller_id?
    Can anyone help me?

    I dont think this is possible. iTop have extensions to autoclose tickets, but to approve no. I can pass this, the iTop dont force you to approve a ticket, including incidents, this dont need to bee approved to registry a solution.
