Help/Tip message box to appear under all fields

Hi,

I wish to implement the tips that appear over labels to text boxes, as done with the date smart search.
For example, when typing in Organization name under Customer Contract, when the user clicks on the the Organization text box, a tip/help box should appear until the user starts typing.

Can this be implemented within iTop 2.0, and if so i would appreciate it if someone can point this out please.

I am trying to implement the below -> but this will be for the string fields found below each class

Date format:
dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss
Example: 19-07-2011 18:40:00
