I created an extension so that the "service_id" and "servicesubcategory_id" fields are mandatory, but when listing (SELECT Incident or SELECT UserRequest) the user and incident requirements only show the first 1000 records
The idea of the extension was that when registering a request or incident, the agent was forced not to leave the fields "Service" and "Service subcategory" blank. the created extension works as expected. but at the time of listing the tickets generated for any period (for example the previous month) to export the data, it only exports the first 1000, although the tool shows them all, being that before the installation of the add-on or after uninstalling it it shows those who really are (> 1000)

Didn't understand... Can you explain in more details what you're doing, what behavior is expected, and what is the actual behavior ?
