No Team and No Agent option in iTOP portal user

    hi guys! i need help. our company is trying to utilize the use of iTOP. my problem is, when a portal user creates a new request, there is no option to select the team and agent to whom the request will be assigned to. any help will be appreciated. I've been looking for solutions in the forum but i can't find one. thanks
