I need help on the multi-tenancy features of iTop.
First, the Administrators role gives the administrator full access on the entire application. Is there a way to make a person the Administrator of only his organization?
Also, the new extension of Query Manager, Admin Tools Manager and Reports Manager, does the report manager see just his organization's data?
Setting up just one instance for more than one clients, kindly help.
Thank you!
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
What do you mean by 'make Administrator of only his organization' ? Which rights are you expecting to have ?
Also, the new extension of Query Manager, Admin Tools Manager and Reports Manager, does the report manager see just his organization's data?
Not sure of what you are talking about ? New profiles added by the Admin Tools Delegation extension ?
Anyway, if the user has some organizations set in its "allowed organizations" tab and doesn't have the administrator profile, then he will see only data of its allowed organization.

Hello,
There are some answsers here : Managing Organizations [iTop Documentation]
What do you mean by 'make Administrator of only his organization' ? Which rights are you expecting to have ?
Not sure of what you are talking about ? New profiles added by the Admin Tools Delegation extension ?
Anyway, if the user has some organizations set in its "allowed organizations" tab and doesn't have the administrator profile, then he will see only data of its allowed organization.
A person with the Administrator profile cannot be limited to his organization, as he can change his own profile to change his access right constrains.
