Install new extension got issue Could not be found - Loaded modules: dictionaries, core, application,...

Dear all,

I got issue when installed new extension that will create new states and transitions for problem process
Details:
- I create three new states "waiting for accept", "accepted", "rejected" and 4 simulus (details in datamodel file)
- Version iTOP 2.7.5
Please help to verify my issue and advise the solution.

I resolved the issue after adding ('itop-problem-mgmt/2.7.5',) to 'dependencies' at module.xxx.php file.
