NewRequest Page Empty - Portal User

    Hello! Hopefully you are fine!

    I have demo installed on my localhost.

    When I move to Portal from the window of AdminUser and click New Request, I can view Service, Subcategory and can create one.

    But, when I login using a user having "Portal User" role, it appears empty.

    I have attached images for clarification as well. Any explanation and help would be appreciated!

    Hello Mushrraf,

    This is because the portal user is in an organization that doesn't have the right contracts and delivery model. Check the integration guide here to how to set this up.

    FYI, with the sample data, only users with the "Demo" organization can create requests.
