    When using the new email v2.0 ticket creation extension. When you do a reply to a ticket, and it updates the public log, the introductory patterns do not get applied and all logs get added. Below is a log example and as you can see it continues to add the data after On wrote:, has anyone been able to get this to function properly that can guide me in the idea to fix the issue.

    hi Chris,

    We're seeing the same behaviour but I discovered that it will only show the last 2 comments. So if you've more comments, the rest will be collapsed to only show the time stamp and person:
