You could eventually add multiple dashboard node menus, and allow each of them using a resource class (menu/enable_class node), then set those resources classes access in each profiles.
But this is a bit tricky... However this is alredy done in some default datamodel menus like DataModelMenu (see datamodels/2.x/itop-welcome-itil/datamodel.itop-welcome-itil.xml)
