Good morning everyone,

I'd like to create trigger that sends email notification when ticket was changed. I tried to create trigger and action for this but with no luck.

Please let me know if there are any limitations when is email send. For example - email can be send when ticket goes from pending to resolved, from resolved to closed, etc….
In other words - does it matter what part of ticket is changed or  email can be send regardless of what was changed in ticket?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
