Hello,

I am facing a problem with a custom module on itop as a result of this problem I want to migrate my itop to a new itop server where I do a clean installation and install the custom modules again.

I want to migrate all my devices and the ticket history of my organization, but when I make a backup and import it to the new installation, the error is generated again in the custom module.

I also tried just importing just the database but it generated the error again, I even considered starting everything from 0 to avoid importing the error.

When I test my custom module on a server it doesn't give me any problems.

MariaDB 10.1.48
