Changing the language config

Hi,

I wanted to change preferred language for a itop user on user portal and I don't like how some of the words are translated. Where can I find this in the configuration on the server? Is there something like a file per language or similar where I can do the translate modifications?

Also, does anyone know where to change this img? Obviously someone uploaded this image somewhere, because it is custom made, but can't find it. Thank you!
