Hi to all,
i'm developing iTop solution for my company but i have a problem with notification body. I need, or i would like, to send by notification email change tasks to assigned person with hyperlink.

It is possible to do this? If yes, can anyone send me an example?

and

It is possible to fill the mail body with a select results?

I'm also interested in extending the functionality of the email notification feature to allow SELECT data in notification emails.

Some examples:

include the ticket number and title in the subject

include details in the body like the ticket open date

have the assigned staff person's name in the signature portion of the message

a link to the ticket's portal page or a survey when a ticket is marked as 'Resolved'.
