Want to add some new functionality in itop may be this functionality is also included in itop but we are not able run
Functionality is
1) if someone changes a CI location From Delhi to Mumbai then email should be notify admin user,
2) If Expiry date of RAM or any software comes near to expiry .Then email notification is be sent to admin user or itop user.So he will arrange or make some alternative to save himself/herself from any crisis.
I am also working on notification but not succeed now
Please can anyone help to solve this issue...
