    Hello guys,

An organization can belong to a parent company. So it can be possible that a parent company A has three sub companies: A1, A2 and A3.

A user belongs to organization A. This user should be able to choose in the portal for which organization (A1, A2 or A3) he makes a UserRequest.

How is this to be realized?

    Best regards
    Sebastian

    Hello,
The organizations you can select in the portal depends on the delivery model...
Read the iTop implementation guide [iTop Documentation] carefully to understand all of those concepts

    Hello Pierre,

    thank you for reaching out.
Our iTop is set up strictly according to https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=latest:implementation:start. There is a company A. This has two subsidiaries A1 and A2. There is a customer contract between us as an IT service provider and Company A. There is only one standard delivery model. This standard delivery model is assigned to Company A, Company A1 and Company A2. Likewise the SLAs. The user is assigned to Company A.

When this user logs into the portal, he has no choice whether he wants to create the request for company A, A1 or A2.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thanks so much
    Sebastian

Out of the box, on iTop User Portal, someone can only create a Ticket for the company his User/Person belongs to.
To achieve what you want, you will have to customize iTop with an extension, and modify the User Portal. Here you will find an example of customization, not exactly your use case but can be a good source of inspiration.
