I'm not sure what you want to achieve: but you con configure notifications to send an email to all the members of a given team when a ticket is created. It's not the same as "forwarding the orginal email" but maybe it can help...

I cannot find it in iTop itself. I also looked in the support forum, found nothing.

I have double checked "extensions:ticket_creation_from_emails"
And everything works normally. but this option to forward a email-ticket in iTop between colleagues is missing or i cant find it.

Thanks for the answer. I will figure out notifications/triggers.
I was asked to figure out to forward mails in iTop, i didnt ask why. i will ask why and then will have a beter explanation hopefully.
