[Chart] Can I apply custom chart for different user profile

Hi,

I need to apply for a different user profiles(Desk Agent for exemple) a custom chart in overview desk, without enter to their account and edit page?

Is there any solution to apply this demands using administrator account? if this is impossible can you tell me.
