I have been running iTop for a while, since 2.4. I am currently running iTop 3.0.1 having upgraded some weeks ago. I have never installed any extensions. Today I am trying to install TeamIP's IPAM for iTop from itophub.io. it is version 3.0.0. I placed the extension in the appropriate directory, went through the setup, selected the extension on the appropriate page, however the setup is failing during the Compiling of the data Model.
There is not much in the error message on the setup screen itself (screen grab attached):
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

So I tried to un-select the extension to get my iTop instance back until I can figure this out (trying to get to the login page states it is "Under Maintenance", I'm assuming this is because it does this during any setup process) but I receive the error:
The following modules have unmet dependencies: TeemIp WEB Services (id: teemip-webservices/3.0.0) depends on teemip-ip-mgmt/3.0.0
So I think that maybe the setup of the extension was partially complete?
I don't know if this is an iTop problem or a problem with the extension but any assistance, suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

To restore iTop you can simply remove the extension directory and run setup again.
Maintenance mode can be also manually disabled by removing readonly and .maintenance files in /data.
About the setup.log, it doesn't seem to have anything interesting in it (no errors, just warnings)
What about your php error log ?
Also, are you using FPM or any kind of reverse proxy ?
