Multiple noticacion in service request

    Hi everyone!
    When I create a new user request, itop send a email notificacion to a caller and to the workgroup, where notify that a new ticket is created, but I need to send a notificacion to a two more people. They can be myself and to the department supervisor.
    So, can I add a second address to the workgroup?.
    I appreciated all your help!!

    If it is for all notifications you could add yourself and the supervisor on the to, cc or bcc field of the notification. (Admin Tools -> Notifications -> Actions)
