Dear All,

I have a query regarding workshift / calender feature.
I need calender for SLA management. but in itop there is no feature like calender.
I need to define the customer workshft like working hours, holidays.
Please help me on this query.

Hi Shekhar,

This feature will be available as a plug-ins for iTop 1.2 (planned for mid August - tbc).
If you are willing to become an early beta tester, drop us an email (contact@combodo.com) and I'll send you an alpha build of iTop including this feature.
