Problem with Escalated TTO and TTR status

    Hi everyone,

    How can I configure iTOP for the user requests and incidents to automatically change from status "new" to "Escalated TTO" when the TTO escalation deadline is done? iTOP is not doing it although I have configure properly the SLA and SLT involved. Thank you

    Hello,
    we now try to fix this problem too then i must ask you about it.
    Whenever you done fix this problem how you can do it?
    We find problem between db and refreshing status. and absolutly cant find where is it. Please help with any answer.

      It's quite easy. You have to configure and starting cron.php on regular basis:
