I'm new to iTop and it seems to be a good IT Management-System but I got a Problem with the notification Messages.
So far I installed iTop and configured it for SMTP-Mail Transport (in the config-itop.php) and it works (tried to send a testmail via the email.test.php) on Debian.
But when I set the Trigger/Action (described in https://wiki.openitop.org/doku.php?id=admin:notifications) there's no mail incoming.
Also i did config the cronjobs. In the Request I see, that a Action was triggered with the Status message "Notification Pending" but there the "To" and "Subject" field is empty!
And when I click on the "EventNotificationEmail" the message field is empty also.
Hope someone can help me fix the Problem.
Greetings,
BlacKRainbow

Try to launch the cronjob (cron.php) with the option --verbose=1 to see if there is any error message. But if the notification looks empty, then check the configuration of the "Action".
