I am testing iTop, and I've created a new portal user. I've configured many TTO and TTR functions, and they all work fine.
But I've faced with problem:
When I create a new request, and put urgency - High, then go to My open requests I see priority - Medium (instead of high), and my TTO is not working fine.
Can someone help me?

Also, if I create ticket with Critical priority- i priority High. Is there any way to match that? If I create ticket with High urgency, I need ticket Priority to be high, not medium.

Do not know how, but after restart of server, problem solved. All fine now
