This audit thing is kind a lame, there should be some built in querys.
Even if i insert some Audit Categorys then this displayind is a bit easy and also confusing.
OQL isnt my thing and maybe someone can help me with that.
Need querys for helpdesk like how many tickets came in last month, how many of them exceeded TTO, who was the Agent missed most TTR-s. These are like firstones coming to my mind but there is much more.
I'll be glad if someone send me some of their Querys to make this thing working.
