"Request management" menu is missing

Hi everyone,

I recently installed Itop, I chose the ITIL compliant version, but I don’t have the "request management" and "incident management" menu.
I can’t find how to install this module. Could you please help me?

Modules seems to be installed indeed. What are you missing exactly ?
Check our online demo maybe ? UserRequests are under the "Helpdesk" menu, Incident in the "Incident Management" menu.
