I integrate an iTop in my company to manage our datacenter and our inventory devices. I've made some customization on the software with the help of the wiki and the forum. However, there is a modification I didn't succeed yet.
In Data administration -> Typology configuration -> Brand I can have a view for all my physical devices with a specific Brand.
In Data administration -> Typology configuration -> OS Family and OS Version we don't have a view created for listing all the physical devices with a specific operating system.
I've tried to modify the view 'view_Typology' in the database by adjusting the configuration with the brand modification but it doesn't work. I don't think it's a good solution to manualy modify the database.
Did someone have a solution for my request ?
