    Hi!

    I'm new in iTop with Itil complement that offers during the instalation. Now I am analyzing this tool (iTop version 2.0.2) and I configured everything for Incident and heldesk.
    Everything works fine but I don't understand when ticket SLA expired and SLA report specify the time expired but SLA passed no. Why why this is happening?

    For the image attached, SSLa tto over 7 min and SLA tto passed no. I think SLA tto passed should be yes.
