I have a quick question.... Is it possible to create a new class of tickets (next to service request an incident) something like General Request? My problem is, that I want to change the user portal. the user needs to click now through all the services and subservices. My company doens't want to have this, They want to have the nice form with the subject and the textbody and that's all. I know if the user has only one service and subservice assigned, that it will pass to the form to fill it out. But then I have the problem that I can not classify the ticket to something else :( As far as I could see, the user portal can be configured to have a class of ticket (I think standard is UserRequest?). Is it maybe possible to create a new ticketclass, and only enable this class in the portal? Maybe that's easier for me than loocking at the index.php to find out how to do it :( And can I still classify the ticket to another service, incident whatever?
Thanks for the help,
Melanie
