"communication to the customers" KO

Hi all,

After installing the extension "communication to the customers " via the iTopHub menu using the account "admin"
When i open the menu "communications" under "gestion des services" ....i'm getting this error bellow,.

can you help me fix this please?

Seems like your datamodel isn't aligned with the database.
Try to run iTop setup again ?

Actually, it was related to Unix user access to some folders.
