Hello Sir,

We are using itop with nagios when we create incident ticket from nagios using web-service its take too much times reason is mail to be sent as notification to user when ticket create.suppose frequently 8-10 incident created simultaneously then its hang just because of mail ..it could be possible that incident ticket will create on iTop database and mail is to be keep in queue so that mail sent one by one..please give me an idea to solve this issue....
