Hi,
We are looking for a new system to handle our tickets and assets.
The only thing we are looking for is the possibility to record the time for a request ticket.
We need to be able to enter this manually or by selecting the time from a dropdownlist and on top of that it would be nice if we can add a small description to this.
As I see you need a process to observe the time needed to an agent to solve the ticket? I also need this option, I have some ideas, but if you have already soled this issue, please come with an solution. Thanks in advance.
