It seems that I'm still having problems understanding how you can add ticket content through placeholders for my E-mail Notifications.
I'm trying to make a button with the text "Click here to go to your ticket ID: ######". The placeholder $this->hyperlink()$ creates the full a href link and I just want text location so I can put it in my own a href="#" link. Is this possible?
