Is it possible to generate a report with all tickets and the times spent in it on a per customer basis (for billing purposes)?

The existing reports for example don't show the Ticket-Title and it is not possible to customize the table in a way so that one can see this or similar details from the ticket. It only shows something like "User Request XXX". But our customer doesn't know which number his request gets in our ticket-system.
