My department are looking using iTop for config and change management. I have installed it with no issues and created my organisations, various config items as well as users, contacts and teams.
My problem comes when I try to assign a problem for change to a team. I can select a supervisor team and a manager team, but the drop-down for 'Team' doesn't list any of the teams that I have created.
I am running iTop version 2_0_2 on Linux Fedora-Core 14 and MySQL 5.5.23.
Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Thank you in advance for any help offered.

You should be something like that:

    • Enterprise 1:

      • Name: Enterprise 1
      • Code: 1234
      • Status: Active
      • Parent:
      • Delivery Model: Delivery_model_1 <---------
    • Team 1:

      • Name: Team 1
      • Status: Active
      • Organization: Enterprise 1 <---------
      • Email:
      • Phone:
      • Notification: yes
      • Function:

      • Members:

        • Member_1
        • Member_2
    • Delivery_model_1:

      • Name: Delivery_model_1
      • Organization: Enterprise 1 <---------
      • Description:

      • Contacts:

        • Team 1 <---------

When you have something like that in your iTop, you should can to assign to Team 1 a change that Member_1 or Member_2 has created.

    I hope I've helped you.

    Best Regards

Thanks! it solves the problem for the team assignment. However, the "Agent" dropdown box is still blank.

    Where can I add agents?

    Thanks in advance.

Update: Found it. I just need to add members to the Team :)
