#126 two problems with lettrines

Here arre two problems I have with lettrines :

First : the size of the lettrine is too small, especially when on three (or more) lines, and in addition, the parameter "loversize" doesn't work

Second : if there is an "itemize" in the same section that the lettrine, we have to add a blank line before the itemize, otherwise the text after it is as if there were another lettrine.
