When a long scroll-back buffer is present, finding a string of text, and then using "Command + G" to "Find Next" results in the next instance of the string showing very briefly; then the screen jumps to the current curser position and away from the text instance being searched for. Subsequent uses of "Command + G" result in the same behavior.

More detail. iTerm version 0.10 is being used on OS X 10.5.8.
The latest unreleased code in subversion has fixed this problem. You can compile it and test yourself if you like. Alternatively the fix will be available in the next release.
r1877 fixes this problem, but other scrollback buffer problems remain. 2880153 was marked a duplicate of this bug, but it is not. I was not able to re-open 2880153 so I created 3023663.
