#25 make istSOS installable using easy_install/pip

Make istSOS (or istSOS-lib and istSOS-wa if we split in two packages) installable using pip/easy_install.

Pietro,
that was done with easy_install some version ago but currently not
maintained.
About pip, i would like to better explore what are the terms...

In general I fully agree that this could be useful !

Hi Maxi,

pip and easy install are using the same configuration files... So I didn't know that was already working with easy_install...

I find pip/easy_install particularly useful, especially for packages like istSOS that often are not already packaged in your favourite distribution's repository...

Users under Linux/Mac/Windows should be able to install istSOS just typing:

$ pip install istSOS

optionally using the --user flag to install it on the user space.
