#19 Constraint input field loose values

I add multiple observed properties to New procedure. Every time I enter the required information I finish by selecting the Add button. After the Constraint row is empty. There is not item selected in the Choose dropdown. Nonetheless, the fields associated with the last selection such as From and To as shown in the attached screenshot are still enabled.

When I enter new values into From and To these values will not be committed with the new properties entry. I have to select an option from Choose dropdown first.

When opening tickets please report the istSOS you are using.
If you are reporting Web Admin issues also the browsers used.

I am using istSOS 1.0.0. and Firefox 29.0 on Ubuntu 13.10.
