#18 Consistent naming for constraint resp. data quality

The menu item New procedure contains an input row labeled Constraint. The name of the label does not match with another menu item which is named Data quality and which lists the constraints entered via the mentioned input field. The naming should be consistent.
The tutorial here [1] talks about quality index check: in this context which is hard to understand.
